Freight is generated by our agents located throughout the United States. Steel, steel products, machinery, and building products comprise the main type of freight you can expect to haul.

Independent Contractors can earn from 75 to 82% depending on which options you choose plus we pay your fuel taxes and IRP costs if you don't have your own plate.

Personal attention and home time are two of the key elements in keeping our Owner Operators satisfied, along with good rate per mile freight. Every Owner Operator is treated with the respect he deserves, and is known by name, not a number. Owner Operators are assigned a fleet manager and work as a team to select the best loads for their individual needs.

Tandem Independent Contractors are invited and encouraged to participate in Company events including Driver Rep Meetings, the Safety Awards Banquet, and Summer Picnics.
