Our experienced drivers can earn over $50,000 per year plus benefits. Top Drivers earn over $60,000. We challenge anyone to find a better paying flatbed operation (all benefits included). Tandem recognizes the value of its drivers and is willing to pay top dollar to get top drivers. Our pay package not only offers one of the highest base pays, but we also offer comprehensive insurance coverages (as low as $5/week for single, or $28/week for family coverage) and provide incentive programs that reward drivers above and beyond other companies.
