RIDER PROGRAM
Authorized Riders: All Drivers with at least 6 months of service,
or pre-qualified are authorized to have a spouse or child 12 years or older
ride with them subject to specific seasonal and time limitations. A Driver's
spouse may ride with him/her year round with prior corporate consent. Each
child and stepchild meeting the age limitation may ride for a maximum of 2
weeks per year subject to the March 15 through November 15 seasonal limitation.
The written consent of each custodial parent must be obtained for each step
child prior to their participation in the rider program.
Authorization: A driver must obtain written authorization through
the Michigan City, Indiana based Safety Department including an insurance
waiver. Management may regulate and amend the rider program as deemed necessary
with regard to special circumstances or for safeguarding personnel and
equipment. |
