Tandem Transport takes great pride in the appearance and condition of our equipment. At Tandem you will operate an assigned, late model, mid-roof, conventional Freightliner, International, or Volvo tractor with an all aluminum, air-ride, flatbed trailer.

Tandem's equipment is designed with the safety and comfort of its drivers in mind. Our equipment includes extras such as double insulated mid-roof cabs, tilt and telescopic steering, ABS braking, cruise control, air-ride cabs and automatic windows. We also began the installation of Qualcomm units to improve communications and operational efficiencies. The onboard units have much more practical and reliable applications and are installed on over 90% of our tractors. By mid-year 2011 all units will have satellite communications. Tandem has made other numerous changes to its equipment based on the recommendations of drivers and the maintenance team, so that your driving experience is both safe and comfortable.
